Email your request
Send the request from, or include, the email registered to your Remote account. A reason is optional. Use the address and subject below.

Verify your identity
Codeseed support sends a confirmation email within five business days to verify your identity and confirm your request.

Deletion and final confirmation
Permanent deletion may take up to five business days after verification. Your account information, preferences, synced data, and all other associated account data are permanently deleted from Codeseed's servers and cannot be recovered.
Support emails final confirmation when your account and associated data have been deleted.
